Losing my dad was one of the hardest moments in my life. From the very beginning after his passing of when he was picked up, to his viewing and final cremation, this place made it easy. Tim deserves a gold star for just being a kind hearted individual. My family unfortunately was not financially prepared for his loss but this place made it affordable for us and even offered plans to make the financial process as easy as possible. Thank you Tim and the man who picked up my dad after his passing for just being so kind. I unfortunately do not remember that man's name but I am grateful.
My mother passed away peacefully in her sleep and I found her in the morning. After calling the authorities she was officially pronounced as deceased. She lives in AZ and I am from OH. My mother wanted to be buried in PA. After calling the funeral home in PA, they let me know that someone from All Options Funeral Home would arrive shortly. Cassandra the owner and an additional staff member came to the house. Cassandra was very professional but more importantly extremely compassionate. I want to thank the kind people at All Options Funeral Home for all the assistance they provided in a difficult time. They took care of all the standard details of the process, but then went the extra mile to help with a lot of the other issues that need attention. The prices for the services, including a memorial service were all very reasonable. I am very fortunate to have found such a great business to work with.
