There are several HVAC companies in the Valley. All promise quality work and great service. It's refreshing to work with a company that actually backs it up. AHR mechanical does what they say they will do. Case in point, yesterday I called them due to AC blowing air but not cooling. Their response was immediate and the Tech, Gabriel, was at my house within the hour. Gabriel diagnosed the problem, recommended a solution and got down to work. What started out as a simple task quickly turned into a 4–5-hour project. To his credit Gabe simply refused to give up due to lack of needed tools in his van (had to use a co-worker's van and tools). Gabriel, our service tech was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional when he came to our home to perform general
maintenance on our heating and a/c unit. he arrived on time, wore shoe covers and was very respectful of our home. When we need service again, I hope that Gabriel is the tech that provides the service.
