My son’s glasses were stepped on at daycare and I stopped in to see if they could replace the screw that popped out. She(I didn’t catch her name) replaced it in a couple of minutes, no charge. My son can see again!! You’ve gained a customer for life. Thank you thank you
The staff was really patient with me decision making is hard for me because of my autism and the Sr optician lean and the store manager was there to really help me and my mom out and i really appreciate the patients and kindness to make sure I was satisfied and not being rushed out
