The doctors, especially Dr. Huber, are praised for their attentiveness and clear explanations. Didn't have to wait forever. I appreciated Dr. Huber's candor. I wanted contacts but after discussing it a bit, and asking if I should just scrap the idea he said yes. I really appreciate that he didn't try to mke it work when it wasn't going to work. I'm sure if I were adamant about it he would've said okay. But I'm not into wasting money and I could tell that he didn't want me to waste it either. He and the staff were all very personable and friendly. I like that they automatically scheduled my next exam (for 2027) before I left. Can't wait to get my new glass. There very different than what I'm used to. YOLO!
Tania is the store manager. She is wonderful! She helped me select my frames. The doctor was Fantastic, answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and kind. I will definitely be back to the Greenway location of Nationwide Vision!
The lady, I spoke to definitely deserves a raise. She is so sweet and so kind and Most definitely made my day she was affirming and was not judgmental nor discriminatory! Customer service skills were amazing!
