My hair was shoulder length. I wanted it chin length. My hair is very fine, and frizzes quite easily. Lalo spent an hour on my hair, doing a precision cut, making it smoother and softer than it has been in years. I love it. He gave me several tips on how to style at home, too. Salon is clean and simple. Cost was $45. Well worth it.
