We had a problem with our toilet occasionally plugging. We called Roto-Rooter. Roman came and checked our symptoms. Ultimately the problem involved 1 toilet that we could unclog with a 3’ snake. He told us the symptoms of having a clog in our sewer line so we would know when to call him in the future. There was no charge for the visit as we didn’t need his service. We really appreciated his honesty. We would call rotorooter again if we need their service.
I woke up today dreading dealing with my backed up plumbing that had my shower and toilet out of order. I googled and found this Roto-Rooter and I saw they had the best reviews so I started there. I cannot tell you how amazing this company is from the great customer service over the phone to the techs they sent out! Wonderful experience and it was done fast and easy. Also affordable. They are now my emergency plumbers for life :) thank you guys!
When I noticed a leak under my sink Roto Rooter responded to my call for help immediately, scheduling a repairman's visit within two hours. There was a slight delay but the office called to make sure I was OK with the later arrival. When Mark showed up he advised me of my options. I chose a new, replacement garbage disposal, which he had in his truck. Mark was courteous and efficient, and did a great job for us.
