Singletary Plumbing and Air Conditioning

Aug 2026

As a Realtor, I needed to request service on two different homes. Jade set it up so that Jared would do both, and he showed up for the first one within probably 1/2 an hour. Very personable guy. Did a great job of checking out the draining with the home and writing up the invoice to outline what was done, so I could relay it to my client. The second one was a sewer scope, and he also did that quickly and efficiently. Each service call was $205 so the prices are reasonable as well. Singletary has a great reputation with the Real Estate community and there is a good reason for it!
