Took my daughter in for her first contact exam and fitting, she's been wearing glasses for a few years but now that she's old enough to wear contacts, I wanted to have her try them especially now that she's playing volleyball. She had 2 pair of glasses last year and both have been hit and damaged by something at school.I set my appointment the week before, showed up on time. We were helped and went through the whole processes as expected. They are pretty busy and had 4 total people working the department doing the work of 6. I could hear the phone ringing with no answer, unsure if its optical or customer service that is setup right next to it.Was a good experience,...read full review
