I need to find medical records from a Dr that was no longer with Nation Wide Vision. Not knowing where to start i called the nearest Nation Wide Vision Office to me. I spoke to Mary asking where i might find the information. Mary worked with me to get the correct information. Then make sure i received the needed medical records. Mary was kind, concederat and profesanel in helping me. With staff like Mary i would highly recombed this office
