I went in on 5/1/23 after work for allergy related sinus and ear infection symptoms. The staff as soon as I walked in the front door was a great start. I saw NP Perez and she was very friendly, listened and addressed all my concerns, patient, but most of all compassionate. The staff goes above and beyond! Great job! And thank u for your help!
Came into this establishment because my son was having a tummy ache. Was welcomed in by a friendly Latina. Took my information and they were able to see my son fairly quick. Fast friendly. They truly seemed empathetic to my sons needs. Will be making this my go to urgent care.
I went here last night with my daughter who tested positive for COVID on a home test. I was very impressed by the excellent customer service by the front desk. I was also happy with the time the NP took to explain why she was not recommending my daughter be prescribed an antiviral. The NP was comforting to my daughter who was extremely anxious and worried as this is the first time she has had COVID. The NP took the time to explain everything and answered our multiple questions. We have used 3 other urgent cares in Surprise and did not have great experiences. However, this was probably the best experience we’ve ever had at an urgent care.
