Banner was able to get me in quickly. The receptionist. Medical technician and doctor were fantastic. She completed her examination and identified that I had a case of shingles. She prescribed a prescription and a week later I am on my way to recovery

Made online appointment. When I arrived my wait time was about 15 minutes. Once in the exam room I was attended to rightaway. The nurse was great in preparing for examination by the nurse practitioner. She listened carefully to my issues and addressed any question about my symptoms. The nurse practitioner I was treated by I had be treated by before. She great and knows her stuff. I have never been misdiagnosed when I saw her. Big she sent me directly to E.R. I needed to go. Usually had to be admitted. I feel very confident in with this duo. Keep it up ladies! Thank you.
Had an issue that needed immediate attention. Went to Banner Urgent Care and fortunately it was not busy. Got right in and the problem was taken care of. Very happy with the people there.
