I reached out online and received a prompt response and how much it would cost. Once my carpet guy (Rick) came out he was professional and courteous. Some of my stains were too difficult to take care of but they were definitely made better. My carpet feels so clean! Not soapy or sticky at all, and I was charged exactly what I was quoted.
