We were in need of part-time home caregiving for my sister in Sun City while we live out of state. After some research, we chose SYNERGY Home Care. They have quality staff (both for in-home and in their office), provide the skilled caregiving in the hours/timeframes we need, and at a competitive hourly rate. Well, the girls that they sent and I do mean girls didn’t know what they were cleaning or how to clean. They didn’t listen to me when I told them certain things one took throughout my muffins that I had just delivered that day because they didn’t look right she should’ve asked me what you know about them and then the other girl came. She used something on my toilet seat and took off the coding. she must’ve thought that the seat was plastic I guess, but now you can see the wood in places instead of the color and white I was really upset. Mike Odell and all the staff did a wonderful job caring for our mother. Kristen, the point person made scheduling super easy. Mom’s two primary caregivers, Annie and Cynthia did a fantastic job. They took great care of mom and kept the house spotless.
