“I am a new patient, have a very real fear of the dentist. So I had been hearing about Gasser Dental on billboards and on tv, and looked them up online. I saw that they offered iv sedation and was immediately interested. I've tried gas and pills before and the gas only gave me more anxiety and I hated the way it made me feel. The pill I was given honestly I didn't feel have any effect on me still panicking about the whole thing. So I decided to schedule a consultation. I walked in and was immediately greeted, and called back for my scan and treatment plan exam. I'm terrible with names but I believe her name was Julie she was so amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and comforted. I immediately felt safe, and at ease even though inside I was feeling overwhelmed. Dr Gasser popped in to say hi to me and said he would be with me shortly. Prior to this visit he also called me on the phone to get a better explanation of what my dental past has been. Which I found pleasantly surprised. He did his exam on me, came up with a plan and I left feeling almost looking forward to having my procedure done. Which I can say is never something I'd normally say. I felt welcomed, and I feel that they will take care of me and my needs. And it was just the consultation, I've never left a dental place feeling that way. Glad I made the appointment, and looking forward to my continued care.“

“Update: Oct. 11, 2024 Since last time I have had 2 crowns completed by Dr. B and she did an excellent job, explaining everything and has a firm but gentle hand making me feel I am indeed in good hands. The dental assistant was also pleasant and efficient. I would move the stars up to 5 if only the practice also involved an endodontist and oral surgeon for more complicated extractions so patients wouldn't need to be referred out and everything could be done in the same practice. They have a nice little coffee corner and fresh flowers by the desk which added to a relaxing ambiance.“
