Turned out my car did not need a new key or reprogramming. The new owner just needed a lesson in newer cars. Helped me, and didn't charge me anything. I have needed a second, rather expense, key for my old Mercedes. Because of the level of customer service here, I will finally purchase that new key (from here, obviously)
JisC saved the day! Old car key broke off in the ignition. Matthew had a new, working key in my hands within a few minutes and at a price that couldn't be beat. Very kind and professional. Highly recommended.
