Just made my first visit to Great Clips. Joslin was GREAT! I asked for a trim to clean up my blunt cut hair style. Added a wash to the trim. Came away with my trim as requested and shiny, swinging hair. Love the check-in online service. Highly recommend Joslyn and this location.

When I opened the app it said wait time 1 minute. I logged in and headed for a haircut. My usual cutter wasn't there, but the young lady who did cut my hair did an excellent job of understanding I have decided to change my style a bit and gave me just what I wanted.

Pleasant hair stylist. Got the haircut I asked for.The APP was not so good - this time. Added to the list, I was 5th in line with 19 minutes estimate. Checked 5 minutes later, still 5th, but now the wait time was 32 minutes. Checked 5 minutes later, still 5th, still 32 minutes. I finally got to 4th with 31 minutes wait time. I waited 5 more minutes and headed over. When I arrived, I was third. But, normally the app is fairly accurate.Service: Haircut
