My experience was excellent. I was referred to go here by Medicare 24/7 nurse-on-call, a triage registered nurse, as part of my Medicare Advantage HMO D-SNP, medical plan. I drove there, it was 5 minutes from my home in Sun City West, AZ, 85375. I filled out the easy paperwork (took 5 minutes), and within 10 minutes a was called back to be seen by 3 individuals ( the blood pressure assistant, the doctor, and the wound care person. I got a prescription for an anti-biotic written for Walmart that seems to be helping with the sore (pus pocket) in my lower shin area. I had what I thought was an infection from a procedure. They checked it out, did a culture and prescribed an antibiotic. Everyone was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The called me back a few days after to tell me the culture was positive and advised to continue with the medication until it was finished.
I was very surprised and impressed with the clinic. I got injured while on a trip out of state and wasn’t sure what to expect. I made an appointment online and was taken back pretty quickly. Had some X-rays and stitches and all throughout every employee was kind, caring and knew what they were doing. Glad I chose this place!
