I would not recommend this eye doctor to anyone . The billing process is awful and poor communication as it relates to trying to obtain information needed in order to confirm my patient liability. The claim was incorrectly processed, and it turns out I would have been charged more due to my lens being special lens which no one bothered to tell me and I asked several times for more information and got ignored. I finally got my refund but it was a nightmare as I had write a demand letter and involve outside agencies. this took 3 months to resolve and then I was dismissed as a patient because of it. so if you want anything done about a billing question and you ask for help,... read full review

Dr Yates is amazing and the staff are incredible! Always find a way to provide your care in an emergency and my regular appointments are wonderful. I would give them 20 stars if I could!
