Eddie came to our property and, after listening to our wishes and answering our questions, gave us a ballpark estimate, pending further measuring and detailed work. The following week he returned. After measuring, Eddie composed a detailed budget, which included cleanup, irrigation, landscaping and hardscape, and proposed very good new ideas. The final product exceeded our expectations. “I needed to get my AZ room roof redone & skylights replaced. I interviewed 3 companies (all referred by friends) & ultimately chose Maly & Associates. I contacted Maly & Associates to get an estimate on replacing the roof & skylights on my patio room. Upon researching this company, Maly & Assoc. is a facilities maintenance & construction company that provides all aspects of maintenance including landscaping, sweeping & power washing for commercial properties & residential maintenance & construction services. Gale Maly, herself, returned my phone call the same day. She scheduled her roof supervisor to come to my home within 2 days to preview my patio roof. He was on time & completed a thorough inspection which included actually getting up on the roof. (Only one other company actually got on the roof). He was professional, knowledgeable, explained in detail the type of roof which would be the best for my roof-hot tar application. Gale Maly sent me a detailed estimate within 2 days & explained the process in detail. After reviewing the additional estimates from other roofing companies I had inquired (which neither proposed the hot tar application). I chose to hire Maly & Associates. Gale scheduled the project for the following week. The roofing team that came was punctual, respectful & very knowledgeable about the roofing process. They worked ALL DAY in the HOT SUN & only took 1 break for lunch. The team covered all the ground around the patio room to ensure there would be no mess. Communication was excellent throughout the project & I was kept informed at every stage. Maly & Associates promptly addressed any concerns I might have had & ensured I was satisfied with the results. “I'd originally contacted America's Best Roofing to inspect our shingle roof. We had a feeling the roof would turn out to be in worse shape than we thought. We had a feeling we were going to need a new roof so were prepared for it, in case. Anthony at America's Best showed up to our appointment and did a thorough inspection with his drone. So cool! After noticing dings from an old hail storm, he hopped up on the roof for a closer look. Little did we know, our home owner's insurance covers wind and hail damage caused from storms. Anthony helped guide my husband and I through a successful insurance claim. Just one week later, we met with our insurance adjuster who approved of a complete replacement. Words can't express how grateful we are for the help that Anthony and everyone at America's Best Roofing was. Other roofing contractors were charging us upwards of $15,000 for a full replacement and not one considered advising us about filing an insurance claim. America's Best was able to even get the detach and reset of our solar panels so that they could do the job right. We got a brand new shingle roof and only paid for our deductible of $1,000. “I had some leaks in my irrigation system in my backyard, one that was on mains of system. They had to dig into the ground and fixed the leaks. They did a great job of repairing the leaks and cleaning up afterwards, where I could barely tell that any work had been done there. The work was done very well and professional.“

We had a 25 year old pool surrounded by a crumbling flagstone deck. ATLC teamed up with ekonomy Pools to win the bid. As part of the project we asked them to extend a short wall around the perimeter. We came in with some mediocre ideas about how to treat the wall at the pool edge. Dave came up with the idea of a planter that incorporated the best features of the existing setup. We are super pleased with the results. On time, on budget, better design than we could have come up with ourselves. They were big enough to handle a significant and complicated job, but small enough to take pride in their work. And they weren’t the highest bid either!“
