“I'd originally contacted America's Best Roofing to inspect our shingle roof. We had a feeling the roof would turn out to be in worse shape than we thought. We had a feeling we were going to need a new roof so were prepared for it, in case. Anthony at America's Best showed up to our appointment and did a thorough inspection with his drone. So cool! After noticing dings from an old hail storm, he hopped up on the roof for a closer look. Little did we know, our home owner's insurance covers wind and hail damage caused from storms. Anthony helped guide my husband and I through a successful insurance claim. Just one week later, we met with our insurance adjuster who approved of a complete replacement. Words can't express how grateful we are for the help that Anthony and everyone at America's Best Roofing was. Other roofing contractors were charging us upwards of $15,000 for a full replacement and not one considered advising us about filing an insurance claim. America's Best was able to even get the detach and reset of our solar panels so that they could do the job right. We got a brand new shingle roof and only paid for our deductible of $1,000. “This company was great from the moment I contacted them for an estimate to the completion of the job. They promptly responded to my emails and calls. Their rates are reasonable and beat out other competitors. I hired them for the removal of a 20’ saguaro cactus that was starting to rot. Devin, Antone, and Dominic arrived on time, as promised. They were courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Tarps were placed on the ground to minimize the mess and they quickly & efficiently took down the saguaro without any damage to surrounding fruit trees and plants in the backyard. I was impressed how they worked together and the precision with which they cut down the saguaro. They hosed down the area and left it clean and free from debris. I contacted Action Yard & Tree once again to cut down and remove another 20’ saguaro in addition to the removal of several other dead cacti at my mom’s home. This time two workers showed up, Cody and Bilal. The job seemed like an impossible task for just two workers but upon calling the office, I was assured that Cody and Bilal were more than capable of handling the job and both were very knowledgeable. These guys proved themselves without a doubt. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely hard workers (just like the first crew). They worked a solid 5 hours in brutal heat, cutting down and removing the cacti. Afterwards, they cleaned my mom’s backyard, scrubbing the backyard pavers, hosing everything down and even cleaning the front sidewalk where they were loading all the cacti. I wish every company had workers this great! Additionally, the owner and girls answering the phones (Belinda and Shayna- sorry if I messed up the names) are wonderful. Each one was so helpful and accommodating in getting the estimates, providing a senior discount for my 86 year old mom, setting up appointments, and answering all questions. I definitely recommend this company and would hire them again!“

“Worked with Martin from design through install and he and his assistant, Junior, were a pleasure to have working on our project - a complete front, back, and side yards undertaking. They were always on time, courteous, and professional. Our project included grading, drainage, paver installation, fire pit construction, artificial grass, decomposed granite paths, gravel, and irrigation set-up. We threw some unexpected add-ons at them and they were all taken in stride and accommodated without complaint or problem. Martin is attentive to details and thinks through things logically so that what he produces works and makes sense for the client. He offered suggestions and improvements whenever he felt it was appropriate and helpful to a better result. It has only been a short time since completion, but we are happy so far and are hopeful we’ll be enjoying the fruits of Martin & Junior’s labor for years to come. “EcoSense did an amazing job transforming our landscape. They’re a highly skilled, knowledgeable team! We highly recommend them, and look forward to working with them again.

Originally, rainwater would gush out of our roof’s terracotta scuppers, onto our huge, cracked, concrete driveway, into the street, then push debris out of the median into our neighbor’s driveway.

EcoSense designed a perfect solution for us, including converting part of our driveway into a lovely, meandering garden walkway. They also worked with contractors to install gutters that now direct the rainwater into native plant-filled basins, and worked with a contractor who converted the rest of our cracked driveway to pavers.

They were very knowledgeable about the Tucson Water program that gives rainwater harvesting rebates (up to $2,000 as of January 2025). So, they made that process very easy for us.

They worked in our backyard including laundry-to-landscape so our grey water now flows farther away from our house to water larger plants.

We had two hardscape areas where rainwater would gather. EcoSense gave the rainwater a job by converting some of the hardscape into native gardens, which we love. We look forward to watching the plants grow into their new home.“
