The staff was very professional and friendly. Caitlin was incredibly professional and was able to handle a very business store alone for a while. She definitely was the only reason I stayed and paid the costly fee. My phone was fixed in a couple of hours and it looks brand new! So far it's working great and I was happy that I didn't lose any of my information.

Sometimes they can resolve the problem right then, for free, sometimes I need to leave my equipment with them. They always deal with it promptly at a reasonable charge. They’re one of the few repair shops of any kind that I recommend without hesitation.
