Brought my stepdad's computer in to deal with a malware issue...The people who work Geek Squad are really the best: Patient, courteous and pleasant. They helped us with a previous issue with another computer and went above and beyond to help us get data recovered. Reggie--now the manager--and Anthony are just genuinely nice guys who seem to enjoy what they do and it shows! We saw several other interactions between Geek Squad members and customers--They were uniformly patient and offering advice and suggestions and walking customers through a variety of issues.

Kameron Goulding immediately met us at the counter. He was most professional and courteous. He immediately recognized the problem and resolved it. He then asked if there was another issue. He continued to resolve it. Thank you so much for a super service. Ed and Mary Anne Gallew

I first have to say I'm really not good at change let alone dealing with updating my media. Years ago I bought a TV here & had good service. Today was no exception. Jon Garcia was a Saint dealing with my issues even after I left the store. He listened to my story of the weird crap that was happening to me & my tv. He actually knew of what I speaking. What I mean is that most stuff that happens to me is usually a one off and nobody has my issues. He knew exactly what was going on & how to fix it. With his assurance that I could hook up the device I purchased I went home hesitant but hopeful. He gave me his card & said if I have problems to call it email. I had problems. I was stressed but he persevered & we got it to work. You have to have the patience of a Saint to deal with peeps like me that just aren't that good with electronics. He's AWESOME. I will always come back. Thank you Jon!!!
