Great service! They replaced the battery in my old Macbook for a very fair price. This was after the people at the local big box store told me that no one would replace the dead battery in my old laptop and that I needed to buy a new one. In fact, I'm writing this review on the old machine.
I’ve had occasion to use them at least 5 times. They always do a wonderful job, customer service is absolutely top notch!
Macbook Pro battery replacement. Went to 2 other places, one saying they could do it then changed their story, and the other saying they could do it but would not use the battery I bought as advised to do by the first place. Fix My Device said they could do it, and with my provided battery. The next day, in about 2 hours from drop-off to pick-up, I had my laptop back and fully functional at a fair price. The only thing I would do differently is to skip the first two choices next time. Would recommend.
