Great service! They replaced the battery in my old Macbook for a very fair price. This was after the people at the local big box store told me that no one would replace the dead battery in my old laptop and that I needed to buy a new one. In fact, I'm writing this review on the old machine.

Needed to have a new battery installed into my 5 year old Samsung Watch 4. Could only find one Asurion/Samsung authorized facility in Sierra Vista, who don't stock the part and whose Samsung distributor is out of batteries and has no idea when or if they will be in stock. Bought my own battery online through iFixit.com and took it to Fix My Device to install. Their tech is VERY experienced in all battery installations in all sorts of electronics (including cell phones), device repairs for all sorts of devices (has several large government contracts, years & years of experience). Knew what to do and had it repaired and charged in just a few hours.
