Russell & Sons not only answered our call after hours, but they also sent a technician to our property the same night. Jordan quickly diagnosed the issue, and we received an estimate over the weekend. They scheduled the repair as soon as possible. Throughout the process, Jordan and the office kept us informed with exceptional customer service. The repair was completed efficiently, and we would highly recommend their services!

We recently wanted to do a sister friend’s Halloween shoot as witches. We had everything set and the photographer canceled 6 hours before the photo shoot! I had gotten a bid from Ashley and a few others and initially decided to go with someone starting out. Mistake! I think it was actually divine intervention that the first guy canceled! We wouldn’t have had the same wonderful photo experience!! Not only did Ashley come to my rescue at the last minute, the girls adored her professionalism and friendly spirit! Even 4 yo Rosie adored Ashley!! This had to have been the best experience! Wow! How lucky to have been placed in that situation! I would have made the mistake of not using Ashley had the first photographer not cancelled! We felt like she was one of the sisters and we will definitely use Ashley next year! After he had expertly placed the order he saw that my young daughter was interested in how the truck and transfer worked. He took an extra moment out of his day to explain and demonstrate the process of unloading the transfer back onto the trailer and hooking the trailer back up. It has been our pleasure working with Ben and Ken and Team at White Mountains Solar. We are really happy with our system. We got 16 panels, 2 X 6kWh LUX inverters, and 3 X 14.3kWh batteries. This was my first time going to Michelle and I’m so glad I did. She took her time with my hair and I have a dry scalp and she exfoliated it and made me feel super comfortable almost like I’ve known her for some time. She gave me lots of tips on how to take care of my hair and is honest in the process. I didn’t feel like she rushed I was there for hours and she literally took her time through the whole process. Started coming here after a botched hair cut at Show Low Walmart. Started coming here before covid and during then continued after. Show Low was a closer location but the Lakeside shop is easy to get to and close to some good restaurants. Always a good cut and sometimes some extra service. Ernei is so kind and has a great personality! As it is really hard to find good lash techs on the mountain, Ernei found my style and I've been obsessed! The only thing is the lashing table is pretty hard so I would suggest asking to bring a pillow. Other than that 5/5 service!

I desperately needed a pedicure, and Divine took walk-ins. This was one of the best pedicures I have ever received. Savannah was amazing! She is the only one who has ever gotten my rough heel calluses so smooth. You've got to Terry the honey volcano treatment - highly recommend! (As long as you've got Savannah taking excellent care of you!)

I have a home warranty for my home in the Pinetop Country Club. My Bradford White water heater went out after 27 years -- yes, you heard that right, 27 years. I wanted another Bradford White. Besides the old one lasting 27 years, I wanted a water heater that I wouldn't have to worry about since the home is a vacation home without anyone there. Most water heaters last between 5 and 7 years. For some reason everyone puts up with that. I won't. I can't have a water heater that is upstairs in my vacation home leaking and destroying the house with no one there. The home warranty would not replace the Bradford White with a Bradford White. I cashed out with the home warranty and had Action Plumbing install a new Bradford White. This kind of flexibility means I will be using them again.

After getting three referrals from a local friend, I called them all. One company was unable to do the work, but provided a quote for reference purposes. The second company came to the project near Show Low Lake and reviewed the plans and never replied with any quote, comment or questions. Walter Long repeatedly showed up on time provided competitive pricing and provided progress photographs of the project from start to finish. He also finished ahead of schedule! My husband is disabled and unable to drive. Dr. Brewer has helped us work around my work schedule so he could be treated for his ribs, tmj and shoulder pains. We’ve seen lots of chiropractors over the years and we love Dr. Brewer because he knows what he’s doing and can test your body to see what else needs adjusting. My husband always feels incredible after having his ribs adjusted!

We brought our very ill dog in and all of the staff were very caring and considerate of our dog and us. Her condition ended up being terminal, and they were providing excellent care up to the very end. Both Dr. Snyder and the Jared, the Veterinary tech, cared a lot for us. We spent over 4 years with our sweet girl, but they appreciated that attachment over the approximately 4 hours we spent with them. The attachments to the noble beasts in our lives run deep to our souls and we feel the loss that deeply.
