We recently purchased a cabin that this company flipped. The day we closed, we turned the water on at the street, started to clean the bathroom and dirt, rocks and bugs came up through the bathtub drain. We went out side and in an area that was freshly dug by the contractor, water was bubbling to the surface. We spent 8 hours and $300 to fix it and immediately contacted our realtor. We now know why the water was turned off during our final walk thru and why there was a freshly dug area in the back yard. This company has No Clue what they are doing and Zero customer service! I called in and was told they “the estimator himself” was on his way right now. An hour later I got a call from the office girl asking if I was there and they could head my way in 15 or so minutes. Not happy, but I said yes, please do.I then got a call from the same office girl who now stated they wouldn’t be coming. I asked to talk to the office manager who had no idea what was going on, but confirmed they weren’t coming. No remorse or apology for wasting my time.In short, I do not suggest anyone should use this company!!!David
