While I often work from our rented suite in Spaces, yesterday I camped out in the lobby for a few hours. During that time I had the opportunity to see Community Manager Aaron Gonzalez in action. He is very friendly with visitors, helpful & respectful to delivery folks, and quite supportive with his tenants. Aaron's listening and communication skills are top notch, and he appears to genuinely enjoy interaction with people. My team has been at this location since 2020 and I'm so pleased to finally see someone with Aaron's enthusiasm and capabilities in this role. We're lucky to have him!
I've used a lot of Spaces sites for co-working, and my company rents a few offices from them in DC. I have to say that while this Spaces clearly follows the general formula, it's just a little more crisp. The folks who manage it (esp. Mary and Kate at the front desk) are super-friendly and helpful, there's a nice layout, and the on-site barista is on it.
