My wife and I opened a business and needed office space to conduct day-to-day activities. After searching around the Scottsdale area for spaces, it became apparent that 94 Hundred was the only real option. Not only was the building spotless, modern, and articulate...the staff (Daniell, Sarah, and Jennifer) were beyond accommodating and genuine. Daniell (owner) gave a wonderful tour of the space and the countless amenities. For a small business, this truly was a perfect match from a location, price, and professional standpoint. When you walk into the building, you are greeted by smiling faces, a welcoming environment with fresh flowers, and the lovely candle scent of the day. The management company takes pride in the aesthetics, amenities, cleanliness, and cheerful environment. There is plenty of parking space for us and our clients, which is another plus. We are treated like gold!
I love going into the office!.9400 Corporate Center is not only a POSH environment and the management is friendly, efficient and very professional! We love Daniell, Jen and Sarah! So amazing! After 2 years of 2 different executive suite nightmares not getting my mail, lost packages, maintenance issues and terrible Internet, I have finally found the perfect location to grow my business and space to grow! Finally, peace of mind, great community of tenants and an unbeatable location!
