I called several companies, including the company that installed my AC unit and no one would help me with the condensate flooding I was having. I called J &J and Jerry Sr answered, told me he could come the next day, then called me a bit later to say he would come by on his way home at 6pm. Jerry was so nice and helpful and taught me a few things while he was here. As a single lady and first time homeowner, I couldn't have asked for a better person to come help me. Thank you Jerry, I'll be calling you for maintenance and for hot water heater replacement soon!

J&J promptly came out to fix a minor issue in my A/C system. I called on a Wednesday and they scheduled a Saturday appointment which fit my schedule well. Jerry clearly (and simply) explained the issues he was seeing with the system and the simple fixes needed to resolve the problem and fix it correctly. While there, Jerry also performed a quick tune-up check on my A/C units to make sure they were ready for the summer months. The service from J&J was refreshingly honest and transparent. They will explain why a repair is necessary and give you the realistic options. I had recently had the same issue serviced by a different A/C company - they performed a temporary fix (which was going to have a similar problem again in less than 90 days) and left me with a quote for their recommended permanent solution - a new A/C unit at a cost of $10,000. I am grateful I found a trustworthy A/C company in J&J - in Arizona its not a matter of if, but when you will need to get your A/C serviced.
