Arizona Air Experts is a fantastic company! After calling other businesses and being quoted extremely high repair costs and new unit recommendations, we called Arizona Air Experts. Randy troubleshooted the repair on the phone and was dead on! Repair done quickly with no issues. Would absolutely recommend this company to everybody. I called several places when our AC stopped working at 8pm on a hot Phoenix June night. No one answered or called me back except Arizona Air Experts, they came out that next morning and fixed our unit in under 30minutes and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.Service: A/C system repair
