Was visiting my children in Phoenix. My back was killing me. Went to ER and within forty-five minutes I was admitted and moving to imaging. Prompt diagnosis of my condition lead to my immediate comfort and care. Experienced and knowledgeable staff certainly confirmed that I had made the right choice in selecting Honor Health Scottsdale Hospital.
It has been a while since i've had a 10/10 experience at this hospital & it was so refreshing to have that. I went to the ER for an ear infection and I felt valued the entire time. The two nurses I had and doctor were the best i've ever had. I honestly felt safe and secure while being under their care.
My mom spent a long stretch at HonorHealth Scottsdale Osborn and Virginia Piper up on Shea (Emergency room, ICU, and Hospital care), and I can confidently say the care she received saved her life. She faced an almost unbelievable number of complications, and at every critical moment the doctors, nurses, and staff stepped up with skill, compassion, and diligence. Today my mom is back home, walking again, and even golfing -- something we weren't sure we'd ever see again. I'm deeply grateful to the HonorHealth team. They embodied some of the best of healthcare, and my family will always remember what they did for us.
