Evangelista Clinic is absolutely fantastic! Dr. Perry Evangelista explanted my infected hip and femur and helped me obtain medical care to clear the infection. He gave me a new hip and femur! I’m very grateful!

Dr. Gregory Evangelista was an amazing surgeon and so helpful with my ACL. I also visited Sean Fahlgren and Ken for Physical Therapy. They were amazing, so attentive and diligent with my PT plan and being mindful of visits. Loved all of the staff too at the front desk, the MAs, PAs, etc. Thank you everyone as I am on the road back to playing sports.

Shawn and Ken are exceptional therapist. They are totally about a therapeutic approach and healing. I was given complete instructions on all of the moves necessary for my healing. At the completion of my therapy they gave me printed instructions to continue my healing and endurance. I am thankful for their insight and true care for all their patients.
