Goshin Karate & Judo Academy

My son started at Goshin about 5 years ago for 3 years, we then moved him to another Dojo close to our house. After sometime we realized that driving distance should not be a replacement for a good quality Dojo. My son is now back at Goshin for about 6 months already, and we cannot be more happy, as our son is realy enjoys, learns, and gets the quality of practice as well as ethics at the highest level thanks to the leadership of Mr. Boggs the Sensei. As for myself, I am a brown belt in Karate from many years ago, and decided to join Mr Boggs program for my black belt in the near future.

My 8 year old son loves it! He wants to be there as much as possible!!! Mr. Boggs is amazing, along with the rest of the instructors. If you are looking for a great dojo, Goshin is the place! The kiddos really get a sense of togetherness and recognition for their achievements. Recently, my little 4 year old joined tiny tigers so he can be like his big brother and he absolutely loves it and wants to go everyday! Our family highly recommends Goshin ❤️

I recently completed the 3 hour women’s self defense class at Goshin Academy and I highly recommend it! We learned the importance of awareness, readiness, and use of our power with confidence and strength. We had time for specific practice with the techniques we learned. The class was individualized and inspiring! All women of all ages (our group ranged in age from 13 to 68!) would really benefit from taking this class. Mr. B and Grace were exceptional teachers and guides in our journey!
