My five-year-old grandson, who was visiting from San Francisco, had absolutely no interest in exercise, so I suggested he try learning Taekwondo. I took him to the World Tae kwon do Center in Scottsdale, and he was hooked from the very first day. He said that when he returns to San Francisco, he will enroll in a Taekwondo dojo and study hard. I took him there without much expectation, but unexpectedly, I gained a great deal.
