I have been coming to ESenEN since 2019. The staff is Amazing. So friendly, supportive and non judgemental. They have such great knowledge of yoga. I would recommend this studio to everyone and anyone.
While traveling for work I found ESenEM Scottsdale online and signed up for a drop-in class. So glad I did! It was an awesome experience! Lynn and Steve, on the ESenEm team, were friendly and accommodating. The hot yoga class was challenging and satisfying. The vibe of the community there was excellent - friendly and non-judgmental (it was my first hot yoga session.). I highly recommend ESenEM to anyone considering it. If I lived there, I'd certainly be a member.
Came in for a drop-in class while visiting from out of town and it was fantastic. I was a little nervous because I had never done hot yoga before but the instructor put me right at ease and it ended up being an amazing experience. This studio is super welcoming and has anything and everything you need including mats, towels, and water.
