We had a house full of guests and the plumbing in three bathrooms stopped working. Emergency Plumbing saved the day. They arrived at 11.30 pm scoped our system, found and fixed the problem. They stayed until 1.30am on a Friday night. They truly went the extra mile and had an amazing positive helpful attitude
The only reason I am writing this review and giving 5 stars is the respect I have for their Technician Zack. I cannot speak enough to his level of service and going above and beyond to make a situation right, which I respect. The first technician came for a repair that I paid a surcharge for the emergency visit as they were the first people who could get out same night and he did so quickly, but was there for roughly 5 hours. Without getting into detail the job was not completed and there was back and fourth over why this was not completed. We had differences of opinions. They returned phone calls promptly and showed up on time to give estimate, which was in the ball park with other firms. Very helpful in explaining things. We would have loved to have hired them but needed someone to repair main line leak same day and unfortunately for us , they were booked . Would recommend and would use them in the future.
