I’ve had a good experience at the Bella Vista/Hunt Highway Location with the exception of wait time when it’s busy. Staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Provider April Armstrong and Amelia in medical were both very nice, good and very professional. I recommend this place if you’re looking for medical assistance.

The lady aat front desk was pleasant and efficient. Smiled the whole time and knew what she was doing. MA got my vitals very quickly and professionally. They were very busy yet she took the time to demher professional practice in a caring manner. The NP arrived promptly, assessed my issue and made prompt professional intervention. In addition she was caring, pleasant and engaged with me in a kind manner.
I received a new prescription for mounjaro and my insurance company drug their feet all the way. I called several times and so did My Dr Now and finally, I have my medication after a month of fighting. Thank you too John Shipp and the team.
