Excellent service! Attentive and affordable!!! Very very pleased!! Amber and Alejandra at the front desk are absolutely delightful!!! They made me feel comfortable and at ease! Every staff member treated me with kindness, care and respect. Very happy with my care and highly recommend to anyone...especially if you are a bit nervous at the drs!! The staff will help calm your nerves and take fabulous care of you! Thank you!!!!
I’ve been to My Doctor Now twice in last 3-4 weeks for persistent illness. The front office staff and medical assistants were friendly and helpful. Kiara Deem might be the best FNP who has treated me. Excellent and compassionate care.
Sandy is amazing! Was very busy but got to through the line quickly. Only problem was other patients didn’t like the echeckin process they hated it. Sandy comes along and actually helps each and everybody with the checkin. Hands down! I wouldn’t be able to do a 5 person job. Everyone else was nice and sweet but the staff in the back was loud by laughing playing loud music acting silly. I believe EVERYONE THAT WORKS FRONT DESK DESERVES A RAISE!!! They do all the hard work and because of them we are able to see the DR.
