I’ve been going to the San Tan location for the last two years and although the doctors and back staff are awesome the front desk receptionists (all of them) are extremely rude and unprofessional, they ignore you when you come into the building, they have no idea what they are doing, they can’t even deliver messages properly to doctors regarding medication so you end up waiting weeks with back and forth phone calls and no answers. Any time you ask a question they don’t have an answer and need someone to call you back…it’s been so bad recently that I’ve been calling the Mesa location to speak about my charts and questions. I can’t say enough about how happy I was with my new experience at San Tan Cornnerstone Family Medicine. Front Desk was very professional in checking me in and my wait time was not long to be called back. MA Charlene was friendly and also very professional. In meeting with provider Bonnie I was nervous and emotional. She took the time to listen and responded with patience and care. Her personality and bed side manner was very professional and understanding and just what I’ve been looking for in my healthcare needs. I highly recommend Bonnie and her staff! They are a keeper❤️

My first visit was great! I arrived early as requested and was seen before my appointment time. The staff is friendly and the doctor was great. I am happy I found this provider. I also like the convenience they offer for blood draws being in the office.
