I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this clinic before I even made it through the door.

After scheduling an appointment in a time slot that they offered through their online scheduling system, I was repeatedly contacted—receiving multiple phone calls and text messages, sometimes twice a day—asking me to move my appointment. It felt incredibly unprofessional to be continually pressured to change an appointment that was booked during an available time they themselves made available.
