So we are going backwards again with the front desk administrators BAD PATIENT SERVICE!!! They want to hurt Dr. T's business Called the office 12 times today and the front office staff deliberately disconnected us from their voice mail, " the select 1 to speak to someone in our office", option. Got through to an ALBA voice mail once and asked for a call back to set an appointment. NO CALL BACK FROM ALL DAY!!! Later 3:40pm, same thing. Later, Tried the option 3 " provider", got Leo's voice mail and someone deliberately disconnected the cal in the middle of leaving a message. Had to resort to calling after hours with the service taking late calls. On a recorded line that I hope is listened to by Dr. T when they receive these messages in the actual office the next day. Hang in there Dr. T and Leo. You two are the best. Help your patients and rescue them from your 'one' person deliberately doing this!!!

I'm not a pt there & definitely would not choose this place. Calling this place is horrible, I can never speak to a live person. It either goes to voice mail or it just rings and rings. I called at 355pm & was hung up on because the office closes at 4pm. I ALWAYS get Samantha's & Alva (I believe the name is) Voice mails. Not a patient care facility!!!!

I have seen Dr. Talalaev a few times. I am a senior citizen and am prone to sinus infections that can turn into lung infections. I had a headache and a swollen face and bad drainage. He didn't look in my nose, ears, or push on my face like past exams with other doctors. He stated that "doctors" no longer give any medicines for sinus infections and suggested that I buy some oil and stiff that up my nose. My husband took me to a clinic and the NP did a regular exam and could see that I had a sinus infection and gave me an Rx that cleared my illness. The NP there was great when I found a lump and if she were not in with this doctor I would continue my care with her.
