I wanted to share my experiences with Dr. Larissa Allen, her MA and the office staff.I have been a patient for several years and have always been treated professionally and Dr. Allen has always listened to my concerns.Anytime I have a question, I can leave a message for the MA, and she has always called me back. Sometimes it takes a few days, but considering how busy they are, I'm happy with response time.I am very pleased with AZ Gastroenterology.

We needed to stop by the Green Valley office to try and pick up some samples of a new drug that was being set aside for me, but when we got there, the door was locked. The sign on the door says they are open Fridays from 7:00am to 11:00am, and we were there at 10:30am. Nobody answered the phone. And then we see the sign on the door that they closed for the day? You mean nobody was there? Everyone was gone? We called the Tucson location and all we got were constant voicemail prompts. So when I pressed the appropriate number, I get ANOTHER voicemail. I was reading some of these comments and I have to say there are some pretty petty people in this area lol. I was not aware the size of a place made them professional or not but ok. I was there about a year ago and was treated with utmost respect. I did not have to wait an hour to be called back and I'm about to have to go back again. If you were not told more about your procedure or tests being ran it's because you didnt do your homework for your part. It is not the dr or Np to read your mind and know what to tell you except the basics. Now when they tell you and you're not sure ASK Them smh
