I have not been to a doctor in 8 years. Most of my experiences were negative. Had a check up appt. at Optum Health with Denise Encinas, NP. When I arrived at office the desk clerk was very friendly and hospitable. In fact, every single person I had contact with was friendly and personable. I want to add I have never felt more at ease with any doctor appt. Everyone was very knowledgeable and happy.
Martha and her assistants were all very nice, attentive and thorough. It was a pleasant experience from the time I walked in the door to the time I left.
Who can say that after a medical appointment?!!
It's so easy to arrive and have great treatment from both staff and Denise Encinas. No issues what so ever. I feel blessed to have found Denise Encinas as my primary care giver.
