We had the First Inspection Team (Tyler, Travis, and Joe) come out in April 2026 to evaluate our attic and help us figure out why our home was so difficult to cool. We’ve lived in this house since 2015 and every summer has been a struggle. We had basically accepted that our A/C was failing or that we’d always be stuck with an 80‑degree house during the day and barely hitting 75 at night.

Great one time help with eliminating rodents. Since then, we have a monthly maintenance plan that has provided zero bugs inside the house. Service personnel are friendly and professional.

We have been using First Inspection for approximately nine years. All of their staff do an excellent job, including Claudia at the front desk, Mike, and Joshua. Joshua is always punctual, thorough, efficient, helpful and friendly. I would want someone like Joshua working for my business. He is a real asset!
