I walked in with a “happy return” which I’d never done before. The Ulta employee, Alaya went above and beyond trying to help me complete the return. As it turned out, the return wasn’t as easy as “happy returns” makes it sound but having Alaya’s assistance made it better. I love our local QC Ulta. The staff always being so helpful & accommodating keeps me coming back.
I came in today with one need in mind something to make my skin beautiful for my wedding and the man named Brian saw I was totally lost in the store and came to save my day! I'm so excited with what I bought! he gave a great run down on how to use and when to use everything he recommended. Thank you brian you made this trip so easy ❤️
The staff at this location are so helpful and nice. It's always a great experience. Ezri in the salon is so friendly, talented and always has a smile on her face. I am so happy I found her to do my hair (she is a wiz with the color)!
