Shea went WAY above & beyond for my mom’s hair appointment. My mom is disabled and lives in a care home and today she got us in for a same-day appointment. My mom needed an easy style and Shea gave her a perfect cut! Not only was she careful in everything she did, she was patient and understanding of my mom’s limitations, and helped me transfer her into the shampoo & cutting chairs. Above & beyond! She checked with us to make sure the cut was exactly what we wanted with genuine care. She was so sweet and did an excellent job!
