“This is a lifesaver! I started seeing Dr. Lavender a few years ago on occasion. A few months ago, I started getting horrible migraines and was vomiting all the time. I never had this problem before. All of a sudden I was bedridden with intense pain, sensitivity to light and noises, and couldn’t keep a sip of water down. My husband drove me to see Dr. Howard and she had me do a stress test, thermal scan, and adjusted me. I came into the office crying and super emotional because I didn’t understand what was going on. Dr. Howard looked at my test results and determined that my issues were due to high stress and menstrual migraines. I could only hold my atlas in for about 2-3 days after an adjustment. Dr. Howard worked really well with me on making a game plan on how to cope with my unexpected stress, and I even attended a free class that was offered at the office one night. After practicing meditation and mindfulness I started to hold my atlas in for longer intervals (now I can hold it up to 15 days) and I have my emotions under control.

Dr. Howard is very understanding and extremely knowledgeable on helping patients like myself. She is genuine, sincere, and is extremely passionate about what she does. Dr. Howard is an outstanding person who I highly recommend. The office staff is extremely kind and professional. I am so thankful to the entire team for being so nice and understanding when I was hitting rock bottom. I am continuing to make good progress and am on the road to recovery!

The great part is that The Atlas Method is pain free. They don’t “crack” my neck or any parts of my body. I can’t have my neck manipulated manually due to arthritis (I’m not even elderly) and my body gets stiff and hurts 24/7 from having fibromyalgia. When getting adjusted, I just lay on my side and she puts the machine behind my earlobe. It simply sends a frequency pressure that adjusts me.
