When I first arrived, I was dealing with elbow pain and limitations that were affecting my training and daily activities.
Through their knowledge, encouragement, and the tools they deployed throughout my treatment, I am leaving in a much better place than when I started.
One of the biggest wins for me is that I'm now on my fifth consecutive day of dead hanging from my pull-up bar for a full minute. Before therapy, I often had to break that up into two 30-second hangs.
