Would give 10 stars. Ralph is a great guy. No prior business or personal relationship. Came same day in the middle of summer to check my ac unit. Very knowledge and informative. I've used the big companies in the past and they lack the level of service provided from a small business. I'm now both cool and calm. Thank you!
If I could give Ralph and Innovative Air 6 stars, I would! We were in a serious bind while selling our home and needed our AC serviced that night in order to close the very next morning. It was extremely last minute, and my husband had called almost every HVAC/AC company he could find on Google. Innovative Air was the ONLY company that truly listened to our situation and went out of their way to help us.

Ralph really came through for me in an emergency on short notice on a Sunday evening no less. His service was of the highest quality and his customer service was even better. I will not use anyone else for my HVAC needs and I recommend you do the same.
