I had an exceptional experience with Winston. I live in an apartment, and when my AC went out, the original company that installed the unit couldn't get the necessary part for over a week. Rather than giving up, Winston spent a great deal of time tracking down the part himself so my AC could be repaired as quickly as possible.

Winston is outstanding - he took care of us tonight when we feared we would end up with no AC in this July heat!
