“Never again, will I go ANYWHERE but Jules to get my haircut. (It only took one minor inconvenience elsewhere?). Not only is she extremely educated in hair care, but she has such a passion for the industry and it shows! When I sit in her chair, I KNOW that I can trust her and she values my opinion, butttt will also tell me if it’s not a good idea. My kids are honest but Jules will be more real with me than they ever will. Not to mention, this woman is such a role model and sometimes I want to book an appointment just to hang out with her. ?✨

Editing my review to add my lightening experience with Jules and she has once again, outdone herself. I swear, every time I leave her chair, I feel like a brand-new woman. The way she transformed my hair from dull and lifeless to this silky, dimensional masterpiece?? Unreal. Not only is she a magician with color (after I boxed dyed my hair myself, there will not be a third time. I promise), but she also genuinely cares about the health of my hair. Beyond hair, she’s been such a positive influence on my overall wellness and mindset. She encourages me to take care of myself in ways that go beyond beauty—focusing on self-love and authenticity . Every appointment leaves me feeling lighter, more confident, and falling back in love with myself and my hair.“

“So far I’ve had four visits to Dark Fader 2 and each one has left me walking out extremely satisfied! Everyone who’s cut my hair made me feel so welcomed. I’m one of their “60’s” patrons, and I love how comfortable their shop is. They have some great music playing and I really enjoy the 80’s music videos! The Dark Fader app is so easy to use to make appointments, and they do a great job with confirmations and reminders. My wife really likes the results from my visit to Dark Fader 2 and she doesn’t hand out compliments easily!“

“Jennifer Caraveo is a hair alchemist!!! She is the best I have found. She colored and highlighted my hair amazingly. Turned it from red to blonde. Which is practically unheard of!! Super happy I found her after trying out several hair stylists. She makes sure to explain everything and also helps warn you it will take time to transition! But she definitely works magic ? “Hair by Julz - I had a hair trim by Julz today and she was amazing. I was doubting getting a haircut with a new hairdresser because I always seem to get my haircut shorter than what I asked for. Julz is so professional and listened to my request. I wanted a trim and to thin out my hear a bit because it was so thick I couldn’t even style it. She also gave me a very sutil frame and overall exactly what I wanted. If you are struggling to find a good hair dresser call Julz. Also her prices are fair and she is so experienced. “Tried to return a defective product (Agua Fresca Shampoo and Conditioner). because the product left clumps of product in my wife’s hair. She’s been using the product for years and this is the first bottle that this problem occurred with.

My wife likes the product when it doesn’t exhibit the clumping in her hair.

Even though they claimed the product was half-used, and originally said they could only offer a 50% credit, they still went ahead and replaced the product free of charge.

They were very pleasant throughout the discussion. Definitely a nice place with nice management.“
