Excellent experience! The girls are so sweet and knowledgeable about the best type of products and styling for all hair types. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything. My hair looks fantastic!

I had a fine experience, but there were definitely some things that could have been better. This was my first time at a Drybar location, and when I walked in, there was nobody at the front desk, even though there were two stylists working who could see me standing there. Neither acknowledged me, and while I didn’t wait long, it was long enough to feel awkward standing there looking around. The same thing happened when I went to check out. I had to wait a little bit for someone to come to the front, and again, it wasn’t an obnoxiously long wait, but it was long enough to be annoying.

Tried to return a defective product (Agua Fresca Shampoo and Conditioner). because the product left clumps of product in my wife’s hair. She’s been using the product for years and this is the first bottle that this problem occurred with.
My wife likes the product when it doesn’t exhibit the clumping in her hair.
Even though they claimed the product was half-used, and originally said they could only offer a 50% credit, they still went ahead and replaced the product free of charge.
They were very pleasant throughout the discussion. Definitely a nice place with nice management.
